To apply at the RMR, you have the choice of either downloading the 3 following files, filling them out, printing them and bringing them directly to the RMR, or you can move to the online form.

You will need Adobe Acrobat, if you don't already have it. Open up one file at a time. Then you will be able to enter the information in the forms and print them.

The other choice is to fill out the online application and submitting it online and coming later once it has been looked over.
